So this happened not far away from me recently, in the town I went to college. One of my friends actually sent me a picture before it made it to the news.

I immediately sent him this.

This is actually a viaduct under a railroad track that floods pretty regularly, it’s usually not nearly this high though, and I think this happened late at night so I’m not too surprised if the driver didn’t see it.
